How long will it take to receive my order?
Since many of our dresses are made-to-order, processing typically takes 7-12 business days, followed by 3-5 days for express shipping via DHL or FedEx.
Do you offer custom sizing for dresses?
Yes, we offer custom sizing for most of our gowns. Simply select the 'Custom Size' option on the product page and provide your measurements for a perfect fit.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on standard-sized items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made dresses are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
What payment methods do you accept?

Are the colors on the website accurate?
